Stillwater Landing is 15 miles West of Whitefish on Hwy 93 West on Lower Stillwater lake.

I have 43 acres with over 12 acres on the lake. Lots of our friends arrive in their cars, planes, kayaks or RV's. Many camp on one of our many beautiful sites on the lakeshore.  We always welcome pilots and musicians to our various informal private gatherings (some visit both), and love to share our "Montana Experience".

For those flying in, there is lots of room for float planes and amphibians on our lakeshore, and wheel planes at the three local airports.  You can camp behind your airplane or stay at one of the many local lodges in the Whitefish or the Flathead Valley area. Those arriving by wheel planes can land at Glacier International (FACT) 25 miles by road or Whitefish airport (58S and grass) 16 miles by road or Kalispell City,S27, 28 miles by road. Scheduled airline service is available on Alaska-Horizon, or NWA.

Pilots and Musician friends are welcome to drop in anytime for a quick visit or overnight stay. There are several RV hook ups and tent sites We have  a shower, toilets and cooking facilities.  The nearest restaurant, the rustic Stillwater Bar, is a quick 10 min walk at the end of the lake, and the Briggs Mercantile in Olney is three miles north and has basic food supplies.

Many of our family, friends and business associates join us whenever possible, to share a few days of campfires, music, storytelling, adventure and good food.  It is a great chance to visit Glacier National Park and the beautiful friendly Flathead valley.

Approaching from the East (Whitefish) you will see the Lake and a Log Restaurant-Bar, (Stillwater Bar), on your left.  Slow down! We are the third drive to the left (mile mkr. 143) after the STILLWATER  BAR and there is a big red gate with a sign.  If you somehow miss the turn, proceed to large parking area, turn around and you will see another drive with a red gate and sign which leads down to our hanger.

CAMPING: We have lots of camping and RV parking available.  There is a ramp to launch boats etc.  Many sites have power and water, first come first serve. We have  port-a- potty's for events and a shower at the Hangar.
